This is a rich, flavorful yakiniku sauce made by combining brewed soy sauce with garlic, fruit, and miso. It is finished with a gentle sweetness by adding mirin. Product contents: Soy sauce (domestically produced), sugar, high fructose corn syrup, apples, pear juice, salt, lactic acid bacteria fermentation liquid, miso, brewed vinegar, mirin, garlic, sesame oil, white sesame, yeast extract, pepper/thickeners (modified starch, xanthan gum), caramel coloring, (contains wheat, sesame, soybeans, apples).
