Product contents: Noodles (wheat flour, egg white powder, salt, wheat protein), miso, animal fats and oils, soy sauce, sugar mixed isomerized liquid sugar, salt, sugar, chili peppers, meat extract, ginger, garlic, onion, sesame, pepper, alcohol, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), kansui, gardenia yellow pigment, etc. Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
