This is a noodle dish made with somen noodles in a rich, mild chicken soup. Compared to our Nyumen - Mild Chicken Stock, it contains 25% less salt per serving. Product contents: Chicken extract, soy sauce, starch, reduced starch syrup, scallop extract, protein hydrolysate, salt, sugar, kelp extract, yeast extract powder, kelp powder, spices, ingredients (somen noodles, chicken eggs, chicken meat, buna-shimeji mushrooms, mizuna)/thickener (xanthan gum), antioxidant (vitamin E), (contains wheat, eggs, soybeans, chicken meat). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
