[Usage] This is a one-size-fits-all product, so please cut it to your desired size. The necessary size chart is printed on the backing. The size chart shows standard sizes and shapes. Since shoe sizes and shapes vary, we recommend the following cutting method: 1. Start by cutting it larger in both length and width (than the shoe size you will be using). 2. Check the size and shape and gradually trim to adjust. Both sides can be used. Place the insoles with your desired color facing up. Alternating between two pairs will provide longer lasting results.
