The insoles are made to a standard shape, but may not fit all widths of shoes. Pebbles or sand getting inside the shoes can damage the insoles. Do not bend the insoles. If you experience foot pain, discontinue use immediately. Do not wash.
[Usage] These insoles are one-size-fits-all, so cut them to your desired size. The necessary size chart is printed on the backing. Place them inside your shoes with the fabric side facing up. Alternating between two pairs will provide better results.
