Made with Korean gochujang as a base, and seasoned with the sweetness of apples and pears, it has just the right amount of spiciness. Product contents: Sugar (domestically produced), reduced starch syrup, soy sauce, liquid amino acids, gochujang, miso, apple puree, salt, garlic, chili pepper, pear puree, sesame oil, tomato paste/thickeners (modified starch, xanthan gum), seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel color, acidulant, paprika color, monascus color, (contains wheat, sesame, soybeans, apples).
