Yamaki concentrated kelp stock 1L 1/6

A concentrated liquid kelp stock with a good balance of umami and aroma. Made with our own homemade dashi stock, unique to a dashi shop. Use it to add the aroma and flavor of kelp to various dishes. Product contents: Reduced starch syrup (made in Indonesia), salt, dextrin, kelp extract, kelp/seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickener (xanthan). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
