Yamaki concentrated bonito stock 1L 1/6

A concentrated liquid bonito stock with a good balance of umami and aroma. Made with our own homemade dashi stock, unique to a dashi shop. Use it to add the aroma and flavor of bonito to various dishes. Product contents: Dried bonito extract (domestically produced), protein hydrolysate (contains soybeans), salt, dried bonito, bonito extract/seasoning (amino acids, etc.), alcohol, thickener (xanthan). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
