[Usage, etc.] ●Place the vinegared rice on the nori, leaving a gap of 1 cm in front and 2-3 cm on the other side. It is easier to spread the vinegared rice evenly if you divide it into small pieces and spread it out first. ●Place the filling slightly below the center and roll the vinegared rice from bottom to top. ●Let it sit on the rolling mat for about 2 minutes. When cutting, wipe the knife with a damp cloth before cutting.
