You can prepare multiple ingredients on the board, reducing the amount of dishes you have to wash. The different surface finishes on the front and back make it easy to distinguish between different ingredients.

(To prevent warping, pour the water on both sides.) ●Avoid storing the cutting board in high or unstable places. ●Do not place near an open flame. ●Do not place hot pots or other hot items on the board. ●The color pigments from ingredients may adhere to the board and cause discoloration.

[Storage Instructions] ●Wash thoroughly with dishwashing detergent before using for the first time. ●Wetting the surface of the cutting board with water before use will make it less likely to get dirty. ●After use, wash thoroughly with detergent on a soft cloth or sponge, then wipe off any moisture before storing. ●Bleach can be used. ●Can be used in dishwashers and dish dryers (for home use). 　\n*Please be sure to refer to the model's instruction manual, check the applicable dimensions, and always place the cutting board in the specified location.
