Just set the yogurt and it'll be ready in as little as one hour. \n - No paper filter is required and it can be used repeatedly. \n - You can adjust the time to create different dishes, such as loosening it to make dressings or sauces, or thickening it to enjoy a cheese-like texture. \n - Cannot drain yogurt that contains gelatin or agar.
