When defrosting oily foods (such as curry or stew) in the microwave, the food may become too hot and tear. Therefore, transfer the food to another container before defrosting or allow it to thaw naturally. Do not defrost in an oven, over an open flame, or by boiling in a pot.
[Usage and Use] Place the food or ingredients in the bag, remove any excess air, and seal the bag by pressing firmly with your fingers from one end of the zipper to the other. Do not burn the used bag at home; dispose of it as plastic waste in accordance with local laws.
