Demi-glace sauce was developed in collaboration with chef Harumi Kurihara. It is a convenient powder type, so you can make just the amount of sauce you need whenever you want to use it. It can also be used in a variety of ways, such as as a base for cooking or as a secret ingredient. Product contents: Wheat flour (domestically produced), edible oils and fats (beef tallow and lard mixed oils and fats, rapeseed oil), sugar, dextrin, salt, tomato powder, starch, yeast extract, onion paste, mushroom extract, tomato extract, spices, milk powder, beef bouillon, wine paste, butter, chicken powder, mirepoix, shiitake mushroom extract, sauce powder, beef extract, red wine powder, wheat gluten enzyme hydrolysate, (contains wheat, milk components, beef, soybeans, chicken, pork, apples). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
