This product is made by cooking hijiki with soy sauce made in Shodoshima and combining it with seasoning salt to create a mellow flavor. It is recommended for use in ochazuke and mixed rice. Product contents: Hijiki (from China), reduced starch syrup, soy sauce, sugar, salt (90% seaweed salt), fermented seasoning, dried bonito extract / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), thickening polysaccharides, crude seawater magnesium chloride, acidulant, (contains wheat and soybeans). Instructions: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
