This 100% sweet potato shochu is made using sweet potato koji and mixed with carbonated water. Finished with pure water to bring out the sweet potato aroma. It is made to authentic shochu standards with no additives. Product contents: Sweet potato (from southern Kyushu), potato malt/carbonated water. Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
