Higashimaru Soba Soup 1/60

A light soy sauce that brings out the flavor of soba! The umami of bonito and kelp is combined with the richness of dried mackerel and horse mackerel. Simply dissolve in hot water to easily create a delicious, deep umami taste. Product contents: Salt (domestically produced), powdered oil, sugar, glucose, powdered dashi oil, dried bonito, hydrolyzed protein, dried mackerel, dried horse mackerel, yeast extract, spices, powdered kelp/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel coloring, (contains wheat, mackerel, soybeans). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
