[How to use] 1. Hold the base of the spout firmly and slowly turn in the direction of the arrow to open. *Be careful of the cut edge of the cap and the contents spilling out. 2. Hold with both hands as shown in the illustration and insert the spout into the bottle and slowly pour in. *Refill the bottle up to about 80% full, taking care not to overflow.
