Made using domestically produced rice, the dough is kneaded with black sesame seeds and baked, then finished with a soy sauce sauce made with kelp and bonito stock. Product contents: Non-glutinous rice (domestic), soy sauce, sesame, sugar, kelp, fermented seasoning, bonito extract, kelp stock processed product, Japanese seasoning, protein hydrolysate, dextrin, yeast extract/thickener (modified starch), caramel coloring, (contains wheat, soybeans, and sesame). Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
