These light-textured rice crackers are made from dough made from 100% domestic glutinous rice and mixed with domestic seaweed, then grilled on a teppanyaki grill to bring out the fragrant aroma of the seaweed. Product contents: Glutinous rice (100% domestic), vegetable oil (contains soybeans), seaweed, edible linseed oil, edible sesame oil, salt, dried bonito powder, powdered soy sauce (contains wheat), yeast extract, chili pepper, sugar/antioxidant (vitamin E).
