These soy sauce flavored nori-wrapped rice crackers are made using 100% glutinous rice produced in Toyama Prefecture and seaweed from Ariake. Product contents: Glutinous rice (from Toyama Prefecture), soy sauce (contains wheat and soybeans), seaweed, processed soy sauce, sugar, shiitake mushroom extract, mirin, kelp extract, starch hydrolysate, bonito extract/thickening agent (pullulan), thickener (modified starch), coloring agent (caramel).
