Made with domestically produced ma konbu. This is a large, economical bag of traditional sweet and sour Miyako konbu. It is rich in dietary fiber and calcium. Product contents: Kombu (domestic), brewed vinegar, dried bonito extract, fermented seasoning, protein hydrolysate/seasoning (amino acids, etc.), sorbitol, acidulant, sweetener (stevia extract), (contains soybeans).
