We use the backbone of silver salmon from Miyagi Prefecture. The backbone is dried and seasoned with a special umami sauce to create a moist and soft texture. The more you chew it, the more flavorful it becomes, making it a great snack to go with alcohol. Product contents: Coho salmon bone (from Miyagi Prefecture), sugar, fermented seasoning, salt, kelp extract, spices, protein hydrolysate/seasoning (amino acids, etc.), antioxidant (vitamin E).
