Domestically caught sardines are simmered in a miso sauce using domestically produced grated daikon radish. Product contents: Sardines (domestic), grated daikon radish, sugar, soy sauce, fermented seasoning, salt, yuzu/flavoring, thickener (guar gum), acidulant (contains wheat and soybeans). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
