New Touch Sugomen Toyama Black 1/12

We have recreated their signature black soy sauce using whole soybean soy sauce from Yamamoto Brewery Co., Ltd. in Toyama. The umami of fish sauce and the richness of back fat are combined with a special spice mix consisting of spicy black pepper and dried fish powder. Product contents: Noodles (wheat flour (domestically produced), salt, soybean dietary fiber), soup (soy sauce, animal fats and oils, sugar, salt, spices, chicken extract, fish sauce (seafood), protein hydrolysate, dried sardine powder, vegetable fats and oils, pork extract, brewed vinegar, starch, dried bonito powder, onion powder, garlic extract, ginger extract), toppings (seasoned pork, green onion, bamboo shoots) / processed starch, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel coloring, alcohol, kansui, thickeners (processed starch, xanthan), antioxidants (vitamin E), gardenia coloring, (contains wheat, soybeans, chicken, pork, gelatin, fish sauce (seafood)).
