This cup noodle recreates the flat noodles of Onomichi's local ramen, Chuka Soba. The soup is made with brewed dark soy sauce, flavorful dashi stock, and chicken base with the rich flavor of pork back fat. The umami and fat of the chicken have been increased to create a richer flavor.
