Kitakata Ramen, one of the three great ramens in Japan, was developed with the cooperation of the local Kura no Machi Kitakata Rōmen Kai (Kura no Machi Association). It features a light, rich soy sauce flavor and wide noodles. The amount of char siu has been increased from 2 pieces (total weight 7.0g) to 3 pieces (total weight 7.5g).
