New Touch Sugomen Hyogo Banshu Ramen 1/12

Since the 1950s, we have been commercializing local ramen from the Banshu region, centered around Nishiwaki City in Hyogo Prefecture. We have recreated the sweet soup that is unique to Banshu ramen by adding the sweetness of simmered vegetables and soy sauce to the rich soup made from pork and chicken. Product contents: Noodles (wheat flour (domestically produced), salt, soybean dietary fiber), soup (soy sauce, sugar, animal fats and oils, protein hydrolysate, salt, pork extract, seasoning oil, onion extract, chicken extract, garlic extract, spices), toppings (seasoned pork, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, green onions) / processed starch, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel coloring, alcohol, kansui, thickener (guar gum), antioxidant (vitamin E), flavoring, gardenia coloring, (contains wheat, dairy products, soybeans, chicken, pork, gelatin).
