This vinegar is made with a base of light soy sauce, rich and full-bodied black mirin, and mellow brown rice black vinegar. With just one bottle, you can easily create a flavor and use it in a variety of dishes. Product contents: Glucose fructose liquid sugar (domestically produced), brewed vinegar, brewed soy sauce, salt, rice black vinegar, bonito extract, mirin, dried bonito (bonito flakes, bonito flakes, sardine flakes), yeast extract, kelp/alcohol (contains wheat and soybeans).
