We use contract-grown mustard greens from Kyushu and fine-grained solar salt that brings out the flavor and texture. Each piece is carefully pickled using the traditional hand-made method. Product contents: Mustard greens, pickled ingredients (salt, brewed vinegar)/seasonings (amino acids, etc.: derived from soybeans), acidulants, coloring agents (safflower yellow, turmeric). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and places with high temperature and humidity.
