Single use type for 2 pieces/2 servings. We use Mitsuwa Okonomi Sauce, a purveyor to all Okonomimura stores. Product contents: ●Okonomi sauce (thick sauce): vegetables and fruits (tomatoes, apples, onions, garlic), sugar, protein hydrolyzate, salt, cornstarch, brewed vinegar, spices, yeast extract/alcohol, acidulant, seasoning (amino acids) etc.), caramel coloring, (contains apples and soybeans in part) ●Mixed flour: wheat flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt/expanding agent, seasoning (amino acid), (contains flour in part) ●Agedama: edible Vegetable oil, wheat flour, corn starch, brewed oil, salt, squid extract/preventive agent (catechin), seasoning (amino acids), (contains wheat, squid, and soybeans in part) ●Ulva.
