This ochazuke is made with seaweed from Ise Bay. It is a blend of flavorful loose seaweed and minonori seaweed, with the umami added with matcha and bonito stock. Product contents: Seasoning granules (salt, glucose, sugar, dextrin, lactose, matcha, green laver powder, bonito extract, bonito flakes powder, starch, powdered soy sauce, scallop extract, seafood extract) (domestically produced), rice crackers, seaweed/modified starch, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), (contains dairy products, wheat, soybeans).
