[Instructions and Uses]■ Place the rough side of the shiner on the tip of the nail you want to shape and move it around. Angle it 45 degrees to the curve of the nail to create a smooth finish without any sharp edges. *Remove nail polish or gel polish before use. ■ Apply the shiner to the surface of the nail you want to polish and shine and gently move it back and forth.
