We use high-quality, fatty Atlantic mackerel as the raw material. Seasoned with our own seasoning liquid made from miso and ginger powder. Finished as canned mackerel miso stew at our own factory in Japan. Product contents: Mackerel, miso, sugar, ginger powder, mirin, thickening polysaccharides, seasoning (amino acids). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
