● Animal fibers such as wool and silk cannot be washed due to their weak alkaline nature. Colored and patterned items may fade, so please test the detergent on an inconspicuous area before use. Also, please avoid using it on clothing labeled for dry cleaning. ● Because "Jo" does not contain masking fragrances, depending on the type of sweat odor, it may be bothersome. In that case, try the following: 1) To neutralize the alkaline of sweat, add a tablespoon of vinegar to the rinse cycle, or pat the sweaty area with vinegar before washing. 2) Add an appropriate amount of oxygen bleach to the wash. ● Unlike general synthetic detergents, "Jo" does not leave detergent residue on clothes, allowing the softening ingredients to penetrate deep into the fabric, making fabric softeners more effective. However, the softening ingredients may accumulate on the fabric, causing discoloration. "Jo" has the characteristic of being less stiff even without fabric softener, so please refrain from using it together with fabric softeners, or use only a very small amount. [Instructions and Uses] ● This detergent produces very little foam. ● You may not notice its cleaning power or other benefits the first few times you use it, but it will fully develop with continued use. ● When handling the detergent solution, please wear rubber gloves. ● Mold on the washing machine drum will flake off after the first few times. If it bothers you, we recommend using a laundry net or removing mold with a washing machine drum cleaner before the first use. Once mold is removed, it will be less likely to grow again. ● When dissolving the detergent in hot water, use water at a temperature of 50°C or below. High temperatures may affect the enzymes. ● While this detergent does not contain synthetic surfactants, it does contain natural surfactants (vegetable fatty acids) (approximately 1/50th the amount used in regular laundry detergents). ● The bleach used in "Jo" is sodium percarbonate (oxygen bleach). ● Avoid storing in hot, humid places.
