This is flavorful soba made at the foot of Mount Fuji using spring water from the mountain. Product contents: Noodles [wheat flour (domestically produced), buckwheat flour, salt, yam flour/processed vinegar, processed starch], soup [soy sauce (domestically produced), sugar, mirin, salt, dried bonito extract, dried mackerel, powdered sardine, dried bonito extract/seasoning (amino acids, etc.), caramel coloring, (contains wheat, soybeans, mackerel). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
