This miso soup is made with a unique blend of dashi stock made from food ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the colorful eggplant and its thick texture. Product contents: Rice miso (made in Japan), fried eggplant, dried bonito flakes and kelp extract, green onion, fried tofu, mirin, dried wakame seaweed, fermented seasoning, dashi stock, dried bonito powder, yeast extract powder, starch and dextrin mixture, salt/coagulant, antioxidant (vitamin E), (contains wheat, dairy products, soybeans, and chicken).
