Made with a gently sweet blend of miso and bonito and kelp stock. The miso and stock bring out the simple flavor of the tofu. Everyday Miso Soup is a carefully made miso soup that uses the best miso and stock to match the ingredients. Product contents: Tofu (domestically produced), rice miso, blended miso, green onion, flavor seasoning, dried wakame seaweed, starch and dextrin mixture, salt, dried bonito powder, kelp powder, yeast extract powder / seasoning (amino acids, etc.), stabilizer (modified starch), coagulant, antioxidant (vitamin E), acidulant, (contains mackerel, soybeans, fish sauce (seafood) in some cases). Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
