Straight somen noodle soup made with domestically produced dashi ingredients. As a bonito flakes maker, we were able to create a soup that would make eating somen noodles more delicious. The dashi is effective, so it doesn't get diluted until the very end, and you can enjoy it deliciously. Product contents: Soy sauce (contains wheat and soybeans, produced domestically), glucose fructose liquid sugar, sugar, protein hydrolysate, fermented rice seasoning, salt, bonito flakes (produced domestically), seafood extract, dried bonito flakes (produced domestically), brewed vinegar, dried sardines (produced domestically), shiitake mushrooms (produced domestically), shiitake mushroom extract, dried sardines (produced domestically), dextrin/seasonings (amino acids, etc.).
