Effective for sterilizing and disinfecting hands

This concentrated, economical hand wash requires dilution (7-10 times dilution). It thoroughly removes dirt from your hands. It contains the antibacterial ingredient "isopropyl methylphenol," which disinfects and sterilizes hands. It's fragrance-free and won't transfer odors to your hands or food. [Quasi-drug]
