This designated quasi-drug hand sanitizer can be used in a variety of settings, including restaurants, hotels, and public facilities. It contains 0.05% w/v benzalkonium chloride, an active ingredient that is effective against viruses and bacteria. It dries quickly and leaves a refreshing, non-sticky feeling, making it easy to put on and take off sanitary gloves. It contains a moisturizer (glycerin). It is not classified as a hazardous material under the Fire Service Act, making it suitable for stockpiling. Ethanol concentration (solvent): 65% by volume.
