We use red shiso grown under contract with local producers, focusing on the variety and cultivation method, in order to obtain high quality in terms of both color and aroma. Product contents: Salted red shiso (red shiso, salt, plum vinegar), salt, sugar, seasoning (amino acids), acidulant. Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
