This is a furikake topping made from cod roe seasoned with chili peppers for a spicy flavor. Product contents: Cod roe processed products (cod roe (USA), salt), mentaiko flavored seasoning (salt, dextrin, protein hydrolysate, chili pepper), sugar, chili pepper powder/seasoning (amino acids, etc.), monascus coloring, chili pepper coloring, (contains soybeans). Instructions: Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
