A fluffy and crispy soft rice cracker made by dipping twice in Kawagoe Matsumoto soy sauce's ``Tenpozo soy sauce'' that has been naturally aged for one year in wooden barrels and baking it twice. Product contents: Non-glutinous rice (domestic), starch, soy sauce, sugar, chicken extract seasoning, salt, spices, powdered wheat fermented seasoning, yeast extract/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), carotenoid pigments, (some of which contain wheat, milk ingredients, soybeans, (including chicken).
