We have given the fried tofu a smooth and soft texture. We use three types of combined stock (Yaizu bonito stock, domestically produced soda bonito stock, and Rishiri kelp stock). It comes in a convenient small pack (5 pieces x 2 packs). Product contents: Fried tofu (soybeans (non-genetically modified), vegetable oil), sugar, reduced starch syrup, soy sauce, flavoring ingredients (dried bonito flakes, dried bonito flakes, kelp), salt, mirin, brewed vinegar, starch, tofu coagulant, (some ingredients contain wheat).
