Running water while the agent has not yet set may cause a drain clog.
If the water flow is too strong, the agent may shift and, in rare cases, cause a clog. In that case, adjust the water flow as shown below. (Adjust the water flow so that it fills in about 90 seconds.)

If the agent clogs and water continues to flow, turn off the water valve, wear rubber gloves, and remove the clogged agent.
Be sure there is no agent left in the tank before adding new agent.
Do not handle with wet hands.
Do not use more than one unit at a time.
