[How to Use] ●Cut a length of approximately 40cm and wrap it around one middle finger 2-3 times, and the other loosely around the other middle finger. ●Hold the floss loose with your thumb and index finger, leaving approximately 1-1.5cm between your fingers. ●Slowly move the floss back and forth along the tooth surface, gradually inserting it between your teeth. ●Once it has passed the area where the teeth touch, insert a small amount into the gap between the teeth and gums (gingival sulcus). Even a healthy mouth has a 2-3mm gingival sulcus, where plaque easily accumulates, making this an especially important point of care. ●After finishing each area, retract the used section and feed out the clean section. Rinse your mouth after use.
