[Instructions for Use] Cut the floss to a length of approximately 40 cm and wrap it around the middle fingers of both hands. Hold the floss with your index finger and thumb and insert it between your teeth, moving it back and forth along the surface of your teeth. Insert it slightly between your teeth and gums, then move it up and down to remove plaque.
