This is a dashi-based niboshi made with domestically produced Japanese sardine niboshi and Japanese anchovy niboshi. The two types of niboshi bring out the flavor. Since we use niboshi that have been aged for a long time, the fishy smell is suppressed and the broth comes out in a different way. Product contents: Japanese sardine dried fish (domestic), Japanese anchovy dried fish (domestic), antioxidant (mixed vitamin E). Instructions: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
