[Ingredients] 12-hydroxystearic acid

●This product is not a food product, so do not eat it. ●Do not reuse oil containing this product for cooking. ●Solidified oil may melt if the temperature exceeds 50°C, but will solidify again once the temperature drops. ●Do not use for any other purposes.
[Instructions and Uses] Always turn off the heat before use. Adding this product directly from the bag to the oil may cause dangerous splashing. Transfer to a tablespoon or cup and add to the oil. ▲Measurement Guide: One tablespoon is approximately 7g, one 200ml cup is approximately 90g. ① After cooking, turn off the heat and add this product immediately. (30g per 1 liter (900g) of used oil, one packet per 17 liters (15kg) of used oil.) ②Stir well until completely dissolved. (It will not melt if the oil temperature is below 80°C.) ③ Leave it to solidify. It will begin to solidify at 40°C and will solidify into a jelly-like consistency in 15 to 90 minutes depending on the room temperature and amount of oil. ④ Use a spatula or other tool to remove the product.
