[Usage] It automatically cools at temperatures below 8°C. Rapid cooling is possible using the refrigerator, freezer, ice water, or cold water. Freezing and Cooling Time: Cooling time in ice water or cold water: Approximately 0 minutes. Cooling time in the freezer: Approximately 0 minutes. Duration (at 8°C): Approximately 0 minutes. *May vary depending on body temperature and environmental conditions. *The cooling reaction will be slower in lukewarm water in summer, so please expose it to cold water below 0°C.
